Weekly note:

Hi parents,

After mentioning last week that we are underenrolled for the Climbing Club session that is supposed to start this Friday...we are still underenrolled! I need 5 more people to sign up by 6PM tomorrow (Thursday) evening, or we'll have to postpone it. Here is that direct link into the signup through MSB Activities.

By the end of the week, I will have full descriptions, grade levels, and enrollments open for the other clubs that'll start in March: Chess, Dance, and Ms. Deidre's Art & Writing, plus another round of Climbing (unless we postpone the first one!).

The other big thing: parking. As you've noticed, there is now a construction site in front of the gym (the new kitchen!), and that makes parking tight in front of the gym, and at times, everywhere. Wednesday and Thursday afternoons especially are going to be tough. It should only be a couple more weeks though! But in that time, please plan for the extra time it'll take to park further away. And, DO NOT park in any of the no-parking spots. They are not parking spots for a reason!

- James

FAQ of the Week

It's tax season--will I get a statement?

  • Nope. Not from us directly, anyway. All of your payment records are, however, in your MySchoolBucks account. Use the reports in MSB Activities rather than the order history in MSB Proper. And, if you need a statement to go along with your taxes, or an FSA or dependant care reimbursement request, you may use this letter.

EverAfter Payments

  • All EverAfter fees are payable and due weekly through MySchoolBucks.

  • Invoices can be set up for automatic payment using the "Payment Options" button.

  • EverAfter enrollment information, pickup PINs, and payment records are in the SchoolBucks tangent site called MSB Activities

  • For MSB help, see this.

  • Evergreen's Tax ID is 56-2094405
