Weekly note:
Hi parents,
I mentioned last week that we may have a couple more Spring club options. We do! Both might be kind of a long shot, as we will need to fill most or all of the spots in order to make it work, but, I have arranged for two 4-week sessions with Asheville Museum of Science to come teach some of their well-known classes (one for K-2 and one for 3-5), as well as a 4-week session with instructors from PUSH Skate Shop to lead a skateboarding club. Both will start after Spring Break, and full descriptions, dates, and the SchoolBucks enrollment links will be ready early next week.
Also next week, on Wednesday and Thursday, please beware that Evergreen's Exhibition Night activities will see campus being very busy after 5:15 each day. We will not have to close early as we have in previous years, but we will bring all the kids into the gym by 5PM, and parking will quickly become limited. We will reserve the 10 or so spots closest to the gym for EverAfter pickup only, but if you are arriving after 5:15, you may need to tell parking lot management staff that you are here for EverAfter pickup only in order to access those spots. Conversely, if your children are with us on the night of their class Exhibition Night, you will need to park elsewhere, and come sign them out from us before proceeding to their classroom.
Lastly, we are two weeks away from conference days on April 2nd and 3rd. April 2nd is afternoon conferences, and April 3rd is morning conferences and EverAfter all day care. Both days we will offer drop-in for siblings. Details on that will be in next week's newsletter and Scoop. Early next week we will send all day care sign-up reminders to those already signed up. Those not already signed up, you can sign up here (or just email me if you have a form in already and don't have the edit link).

FAQ of the Week
What if I need someone else to pick up my children?
-
We maintain approved pickup lists from the EverAfter Registration form. If someone you've not listed on your registration form is going to pick your kids up from EverAfter, please email james.wilson@evergreenccs.org AND christine.gray@evergreenccs.org, and/or call our direct number, 828-484-4989.
-
We recommend NOT sharing your SchoolBucks PIN--it is intended to be a signature, so if you share it, the records will show that you picked up when you didn't. We can always add someone to your contacts and create a PIN for them, we just need a little notice.
