Weekly note:

​Hi parents,​

​

Are we allowed to start counting down days yet?

​

Not a whole lot left to let you know about. We didn't get enough kids signed up for climbing club, so we are shortening it to 3 weeks and starting May 22. The enrollment is SchoolBucks is active again, and we need 5 or 6 more kids to sign up in order to run it.​​

​

Looking ahead, remember that we are closing at 5PM on Thursday the 21st for the Evergreen Annual Meeting. We are also closed on Memorial Day. We are open every other day right up until and including the last day of school on June 10th.

​

Last thing....are you caught up with your fees in SchoolBucks? If not, time to get on that. We'll start sending out collections notices next week as needed.

FAQ of the Week​

If I'm enrolled for EverAfter this year, do I need to enroll again next year?
 

  • Yes! Our enrollment process is annual, and we need an updated enrollment form for all participating students. None of that will happen until August though, as there is a lot of summertime maintenance to do on the admin side in SchoolBucks. (Although it goes quicker if everyone is paid up for this year!)

EverAfter Payments​

  • All EverAfter fees are payable and due weekly through MySchoolBucks.

  • Invoices can be set up for automatic payment using the "Payment Options" button.

  • EverAfter enrollment information, pickup PINs, and payment records are in the SchoolBucks tangent site called MSB Activities. 

  • For MSB help, see this.
