Fall Clubs 2022
UPDATE 11/2
As announced in the EverAfter Newsletter on November 2nd, we are starting sign-ups for a special Climbing Club session that will happen in between the Fall and Winter club sessions. It will take place on the three Mondays between Thanksgiving and Winter Break (Nov 28, Dec 5 and 12). It is for kids 3rd grade and older. Participants will enjoy the wall as well as learn the basics of belaying!
Our three Fall clubs that started in September are winding down. Chess and Let's Do Art each have one more meeting on November 7th. Art Exploration and Open Art Studio has remaining meetings on November 3, 10 and 17.
Looking ahead, we are planning Winter and Spring sessions this year that will each be 6 weeks long. Winter will start the week of January 9th, and Spring will start after Spring break, the week of April 10th.
Let's Do Art
Mondays - Kindergarten-2nd grade, 4:00-5:00
September 26th-November 7th, 7 total days
Cost: $130
Once again, we’ll explore many types of art, all hands on, and kiddo input will be requested - bring your best ideas. We’ll definitely do some painting, drawing, clay, collage, and all activities will incorporate principles of process art. The great joy of art is just doing art! Join us for a lot of fun every Monday - can’t wait to see everyone and get started!

Checkmates
Mondays - 1st-8th Grades, 2:00-3:00
September 26th-November 7th, 7 total days
Cost: $130
When you join the chess club, you will learn how the pieces move, special moves like check, checkmate, and castling, strategies for how to begin a game, how to win a game, and how to have fun doing all of this! Chess will help you to learn how to think better, and just may make you smarter! You will get to play chess with the other club members, and study real life games and work on chess puzzles. You can even play in tournaments!

Art Exploration and Open Art Studio
Thursdays - 5th-8th Grades, 4:00-5:00
September 22nd-November 17th, 7 total days (skipping 9/29 and 10/13)
Cost: $130
All artists are welcome to bring their own projects and supplies and take advantage of choice time in the art room. We'll also be exploring - by choice – modeling with clay, art journals, drawing and watercolors. Bring your best ideas, and come join us!
