Weekly note:

Hi parents,

Tonight and tomorrow night are Evergreen Exhibition Nights, which is Evergreen's version of a Spring Open House. This doesn't affect EverAfter per se, but if you pick up after 5:15 you will notice extra people and cars on campus. For those of you attending your own child's event, please make time to park somewhere away from the gym and still come sign them out before making your way to their classroom at 5:30. The parking spots nearest the gym are reserved both nights for parents that are only here to pick up from EverAfter and then leave. We will bring all kids into the gym by 5:00 both nights so that pickup time can be expedited.

Please also take a minute between now and next Monday to check the Lost and Found in the gym, as we will be doing a purge on Tuesday, April 1st. As always, labeled items will be returned--unfabled items will be donated to ABCCM.

Also, if you were already signed up for, or considering signing up for CLimbing Club, know that we have hit a snag in scheduling enough belayer support to run the club. The dates that were going to be for the second session will now be the first, and the second session will not start until the second half of May. More details in newsletters to come.

Lastly, if you're planning on enrolling your child in Evergreen Summer Adventures, you should know that a couple of camp weeks are close to full!

Thanks!

- James

FAQ of the Week

How to clubs and sports work with daily care?

  • When your child is signed up for a club, they attend EverAfter that day like normal, and you sign them out the same way you always do. But, instead of paying a daily fee for that day, you instead pay one fee for the dates covered by the club session. Your child will come to EverAfter like they usually do, go off and do the club during club time, and are still welcome to stay as late as 6:00 like any other day.
